Thanks to writing a post on here the other day I realised that I should use this site more. One of the things that sprang to mind is a monthly reading log, keeping track of the manga/light novels I’ve read in that given month as well as linking to any reviews that might have come from them.

Some quick notes before we get into things:

(1 I’ve split manga and light novels up in order not to wall of text and lose what’s what.

(2 A title in bold means that it’s now a completed series, I probably won’t have many of these but I do finish some manga now and then! Italic means a series was, sadly, dropped

(3 In an effort to keep things simple and not ballon the count, I’m only counting volumes of manga I’ve read and not chapters. This is because I read a lot of weekly/monthly series thanks to Weekly Shonen Jump, J-Novel Club, Crunchyroll etc. and I’d drive myself insane trying to track every chapter so these series will probably only turn up if I’ve read a final chapter or in J-Novel Club’s case finished the whole volume.

So after all that my total for January is 34 manga read and 19 light novels. My total in January is always insane because of the fact I get given books for Christmas and then also use my Christmas money to buy _even more_. It’ll be interesting to see how things pan out for the rest of the year.
